VXL
A world of your own awaits
v0.1.0 — alpha
Before you start, let's set up where your worlds and settings will be saved.
Pick a folder where Vxl will store all its data — worlds, settings, backups.
Your game data will be stored in your browser's internal database (IndexedDB).
⚠️ This data may be lost if you clear your browser cache or switch browsers. Consider using Local Folder for important worlds.
Your game folder is no longer accessible. You can reconnect it or switch to browser storage to keep playing.

Export → edit in Piskel → load back.
Folder structure: options.json, saves/<world>/level.json,
saves/<world>/chunks.json, saves/<world>/backups/
Clearing browser data will erase saves. Export important worlds as files.
Autosaves run every 2 min and are stored in backups/ separately from your main save.
Scheduled backups will automatically archive your world at the specified interval.
An autosave is newer than your last manual save. Which would you like to load?
